PACKARD BELL IPOWERGAMES TROPHY THE RESULTS Paris, 10th of July 2008– The ipowergames trophy, the original video games competition created by Packard Bell, ended this week-end at the Palais Omnisports of Paris-Bercy (POPB), at the occasion of Le Mondial du Gaming. Fifty six players (8 teams Call of Duty 4 and 16 pilots Race07), representing 8 European countries, had reached their place while taking part in the national qualifications on the official plays of the competition: Race07 and Call of Duty 4. During 3 days, German, English, Belgian, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian and Swiss players were brought together to be measured and measure themselves in order to conquer the so much coveted place of Number One. It was on the central scene of the Palais Omnisports of Paris-Bercy Arena, that the Great Finals took place, in front of thousands of spectators: such a big boost for the adrenalin of the champions.
